  • How can I withdraw and close my account?

    You may withdraw and close your account at any time. 

    The withdrawal process takes on average 7 working days. 
    The documents required for account verification are:

    •     Color copy of a valid Government issued Photo ID (Front and Back). Accepted photo IDs are Driver's License, National Identity Card, Passport.
    •     Color copy of a Utility Bill (i.e. Water, Electricity, Gas, Land Line Phone bill or Council Tax) or Bank Statement no more than 6 months old, in your name, showing an address matching the Photo ID.

    If you have used a Credit card/s to deposit with BDB, due to our mutual obligation toward your clearing company, please understand that we are obligated to ensure that your funds are returned via their original source. Therefore, please provide us with a color copy of your Credit Card, showing only the name, expiry date and last four digits on the front, and the signature on the back.

  • Does my bonus carry a restriction on withdrawal?

    You can always make a withdrawal request even with a bonus. 

    If you have not reached the required turnover our accounts will calculate what can be withdrawn as an irregular withdrawal.


  • Can I withdraw money without verifying my account

    It depends on how much you have deposited.  Please contact Customer Support who will assist you.

  • How can I withdraw my money?

    To withdraw funds log-in into your account, and click on the “Withdrawal” button, as seen in the image below.


    Simply enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your trading account and click "Submit".

    You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.

  • How do I place a withdrawal request?

     Log in to your account, you can place a withdrawal request using the 'withdrawal' button on the right, as seen in the image below.





  • Is there a required turnover before a withdrawal?

    Please contact our Customer Support or your account manager in regards to your inquiry.

  • Where will my withdrawal be deposited?

    Withdrawal requests which do not exceed the total amount of deposits are being processed back to the source of the deposit unless advised otherwise by the accounting department.

    If the amount of withdrawal exceeds the total amount of the deposits, we will require further details which you would be advised about.

  • Are there any withdrawal fees?

    No, BDB never charges a service fee for withdrawals or any financial transactions.

    However it is possible that your financial institution will charge for the transfer of funds, and so we advise you to check directly with them.

  • How can I get my money back?

    Log-in into your account, click on the “Withdrawal” button, as seen in the image below.



    Simply enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your trading account and click "Submit".

    You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.

  • Why was my withdrawal request cancelled?

    Please be informed that the reason why your withdrawal request has been cancelled is because you have not reached the required trading turnover.

    Please check the terms and conditions of the bonus agreement that you have e-signed.

    When you reach the required turnover and you get verified you will be able to proceed. Please contact your account manager regarding the trading turnover.

    Please as well note that you need to send us the required documents for your account to be verified. It takes around two working days to process them. 

    The required documents are:

    A color copy of your valid passport or any photo ID;

    A copy of a utility bill or the bank statement not older than 6 months;

    If you have used credit card to deposit to your trading account, we need a color copy of it showing the four last digits, your name and expiry date on the front side of the cardand the signature on the back side.

  • Is there a minimal amount I can withdraw?

    Yes, BDB requires that customers withdraw a minimum of 100 $ or € at any one time. This helps our administrative efficiency, so that we can process your withdrawal requests speedily and can honor our promise to never to charge commissions or fees for your financial transactions.

  • What is your withdrawal policy?

    To place a withdrawal request please log-in into your account, click on the “Withdrawal” button as seen in the image below. 

    Place the amount you wish to withdraw in the amount section and press the submit button. 


    Funds will be refunded in the same method used to make the initial deposit. 

    If you are withdrawing profits we will need your full bank wire details.

  • Where can I see the withdrawal button on the mobile app?

    The withdrawal button is not available on the mobile app as this is a trading application. 

    Withdrawals need to be requested by logging into your account and following the withdrawal policy.

  • How long does it take for a withdrawal to be processed?

    In case of a positive cash balance in the retail client’s trading account, the CIFs will process the client’s request to withdraw funds on the same day that the request to withdraw funds was made, or the next working day if the client’s request is received outside of normal trading hours

    It can take the following additional time for your bank or processor to return the funds to your account depending on the method of withdrawal:

    • Bank Wire Transfer (around 2-7 working days)
    • Credit Card/Debit card (around 2-5 working days)
  • How can I withdraw my initial deposit of $250?

    You may withdraw funds at any time. Simply log-in into your account, and click on the “Withdrawal” tab.

    Enter the amount of $250 (provided that your current account balance is $250 or more) and click "Submit".
    You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.                                             

    Please note that your account must be verified, and must not be subject to any bonus restrictions.

  • Can I withdraw funds to my bank account after depositing from a credit card?

    If you used a credit card to make your initial deposit, we would have to return this initial amount to the credit card when you make your first withdrawal.
    Once this amount has been returned to the card, we would issue your profits to your bank account.

  • Why was my withdrawal request not processed?

    A withdrawal request might be not processed due to your BDB account not being fully verified. 

    If your account is not verified please submit copies of the necessary documents to as soon as possible so we can verify your account and proceed with your withdrawal request.   

  • Why were my withdrawal requests combined?

    We reserve the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment.

    We also reserve the rights to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account.

  • How can I cancel a withdrawal request?

    To review your withdrawal request, please go to ‘My Account’, and click on ‘History’.

    As long as the status of your withdrawal request is ‘Pending’, you can cancel it by simply clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.
