Please be informed that the reason why your withdrawal request has been cancelled is because you have not reached the required trading turnover.
Please check the terms and conditions of the bonus agreement that you have e-signed.
When you reach the required turnover and you get verified you will be able to proceed. Please contact your account manager regarding the trading turnover.
Please as well note that you need to send us the required documents for your account to be verified. It takes around two working days to process them.
The required documents are:
A color copy of your valid passport or any photo ID;
A copy of a utility bill or the bank statement not older than 6 months;
If you have used credit card to deposit to your trading account, we need a color copy of it showing the four last digits, your name and expiry date on the front side of the card, and the signature on the back side.
