  • Why were my withdrawal requests combined?

    We reserve the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment.

    We also reserve the rights to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account.

  • How do I verify my account?

    Please follow these two steps:

    1) Scan or photograph the following documents in color:

    • Valid Government issued photo ID, front and back (i.e. Identification card, driver license or passport)
    • Utility bill less than six months old, showing your name and address (i.e. Water bill, gas bill, electric bill, land-line phone bill or bank statement)    
    • Only if you deposited by credit card – Front of credit card showing the name, expiry date and last 4 digits on the front, and back of credit card showing the signature. For your reassurance, please ensure that all other details are concealed.

    2) Submit the documents

    • Upload them online by logging in to your trading account and clicking on the “My Account” page then the “Upload Files” tab

  • How long does it take for a withdrawal to be processed?

    In case of a positive cash balance in the retail client’s trading account, the CIFs will process the client’s request to withdraw funds on the same day that the request to withdraw funds was made, or the next working day if the client’s request is received outside of normal trading hours

    It can take the following additional time for your bank or processor to return the funds to your account depending on the method of withdrawal:

    • Bank Wire Transfer (around 2-7 working days)
    • Credit Card/Debit card (around 2-5 working days)
  • What is CVV number ?

    The CVV number is the last three digits printed on the back side of your card, in the signature strip.

  • Why am I not allowed to start trading?

    Before you can start trading, it is important to verify your trading account and submit a signed declaration of deposits.

  • How can I withdraw my initial deposit of $250?

    You may withdraw funds at any time. Simply log-in into your account, and click on the “Withdrawal” tab.

    Enter the amount of $250 (provided that your current account balance is $250 or more) and click "Submit".
    You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.                                             

    Please note that your account must be verified, and must not be subject to any bonus restrictions.

  • What documents do I need to submit if I have used a third party Credit card?

    If you have used a third party Credit card to fund your account in order to verify your account please submit copies of the following documents for each of the involved parties:

    1. A colour copy of a utility bill no more than 6 months old in your name showing an address matching the Photo ID

    2. We also require that you submit to us a colour copy of a valid government issued photo ID, (front and back) with your name and address on it (i.e. Identity card, Driver’s license, Passport).

    3. As this is a third party credit card we require a utility bill and colour copy of an ID from the card holder.

    4. A signed and filled out BDB Power of Attorney (will be provided by BDB).

  • What do I do if the Utility bills are not on my name?

    If you cannot submit a Utility bill in your name please provide us with one of the following documents:

    • A Bank Statement or Credit card statement no more than 6 months old  showing your name, address, date and the company that sent the letter.
    • A proof of residence issued by the official authorities in your country.
    • Or if you are unable to produce any of the documents listed above, we ask that you have a notarized statement stating your name and current address.
  • Does it matter which deposit method I choose?

    It is your choice which deposit method suits you best, although it is worth considering the amount you wish to deposit and whether you wish to begin trading immediately. For a detailed breakdown of the different deposit methods and their advantages, please refer to the Deposit Methods page.

  • Is It Safe?

    We take your financial security very seriously. BDB conducts transactions using EV SSL with 256 BIT Encryption so that your experience with us is as safe and trustworthy. EV SSL is used by companies including Bank of America and PayPal. If you have any concerns about your financial security online, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

  • What currencies can I use in my account?

    US Dollars, Euros and British pound may be used  to fund a BDB account. Please note that you cannot change your currency selection after registration.

  • How Can I View my Account?

    You first must log in into your BDB account. Click on “My Account” and there you can view all of your account details and info.




  • How Will the Charges Appear on my Credit Card Statement?

    Your credit card charges will be posted under *BDB. If your credit card deposit was made via Moneybookers, it will appear on your statement under *Moneybookers.

  • Is there a maximum I can withdraw from my account?

    No, you may withdraw all of your funds at any time to either your credit card or bank account.

  • How Long Until my Funds are Received?

    All methods except for wire transfers are instant and will appear on your trading account balance within minutes of your transaction. Wire transfers normally takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • How Often are Transactions Updated in my Account?

    Transactions are updated as trades are made. Once you have made a trade you will be able to view them in History and My Portfolio. Here you can see past and current trades and their outcomes.

  • Can I Add Credit Cards to my Account?

    Yes, you can add or replace credit cards to your account in order to deposit and withdraw.

  • Is There a Maximum Deposit?

    No, there is no maximum deposit.

  • Is there a minimum re-deposit?

    Yes, the minimum re-deposit is 250 USD/EUR/GBP. 

  • Can I Open Multiple Accounts?

    No, BDB does not allow more than one account per name and credit card.

  • What are the reasons a credit/debit card transaction could be declined?
    1.  Address differentiation – Address on credit/debit card statement does not match the address submitted on the transaction.
    2. Credit/debit card limit – A credit/debit card bank has the ability to red flag large transaction amounts to prevent fraudulent charges.
    3. Wrong security code – Issuer’s security card code does not match the card code submitted on the transaction. Please contact our customer support team 24/7 if you are experiencing any difficulties.
  • What documents are required for first time withdrawals?

    Before withdrawing funds, your account must be verified. We require the following verification documents:

    • Color copy of a valid Government issued Photo I.D., front and back (i.e. Identification Card/Driver License/Passport)
    • Color copy of a Utility Bill no more than six months old, in your name showing an address matching the address on the Photo I.D. (i.e. Water/Gas/Electricity/LA and line Phone Bill or Bank Statement).
    • Due to our mutual obligation toward your clearing company, please understand that we are obligated to ensure that your funds are returned via their original source. Therefore, please provide us with a colour copy of your Credit Card, showing only the name, expiry date and last four digits on the front, and the signature on the back. For your reassurance, please ensure that all other details are concealed.

  • What is a SWIFT Code?

    A SWIFT code is the unique identification code of a particular bank that is used when transferring money between banks. Your bank can tell you what its SWIFT code is. If the SWIFT code comprises only eight digits, you will have to insert XXX at the end.

  • Are there any withdrawal fees?

    No, BDB never charges a service fee for withdrawals or any financial transactions.

    However it is possible that your financial institution will charge for the transfer of funds, and so we advise you to check directly with them.

  • Are my BDB Profits Taxable?

    BDB customers are responsible for their taxation liabilities, if any, at their place of residence.

  • Can I Change my Account Information?

    Yes, log in to your account and click on “My Account’. In the menu please find the “Personal Details” page where you will be able to edit your banking and personal information.
